Kings county ATV club

Welcome to Kings county atv club website. The following pages will have information about our club.

Atving is the largest motorized sport in Nova Scotia and growing. We work with several groups in an effort to build a trail system that benefits everyone. There are a lot of questions about where all the money you pay goes, well the $40 from your registration goes into the OHV fund which every motoriized OHV club can apply for use of those funds to build trails.Your local membership to a club is usually $30 a bike and $20 goes to ATVANS to cover costs associated with printing trail permits and insurance. You will recieve Go-Rider magazine as part of your membership as well.

Some of our objectives are:

  •       -To promote the ATV sport in Nova Scotia

  •       -To promote good public image in regard to ATV use

  •       -To help protect and preserve the enviroment we use

Kings County ATV Club

We meet every third wednesday of the month at the Michelin Sport and Social club, Waterville NS at 7pm. All are welcome.

Meetings are held every month except July and August are a more laid back unofficial meeting for those that are not on vacation and want to put a run together. December we have a Christmas party instead of meeting and January we vote our new executive in.

Joining a club shows that you support the sport and you can volunteer what ever time you have. There is no rule that you must, some people join by mail and we never see them others come to every meeting to see whats going on.
